CEO

Erica Rogers is an analytical leader who takes a strategic approach to helping clients implement strategic planning initiatives to increase operational efficiency. Her efforts have been instrumental in reconciling processing discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely submissions of authorization requests and client documentation.

 

For nearly 20 years, Erica has worked as an Operations Manager, supporting executive leadership teams in developing and implementing operating procedures to increase productivity and profitability.

 

Erica was able to leverage her Operations Management skills and knowledge of Systems Administration to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals increase operational efficiency in the transaction process by identifying areas for process improvement. Her meticulous attention to detail has been a vital component in reducing contractual errors and processing delays, resulting in more seamless transactions from contract to closing.
